Support and billing

For trouble signing in, rewrites or detections failing, or anything to do with a Pro subscription, include your account email and roughly when the problem happened.

You can manage or cancel a Pro subscription yourself at any time from Pricing → Manage your subscription.

Privacy requests

To request a copy of your data or exercise another privacy right, email us from the address associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's handled.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its data from Settings in the app or on the web, without contacting us. If you can't get in, email penlify.support@gmail.com from your account address.
